Terms
Five percent of the venture. €50K in credits. Released as your MRR climbs, so the faster you reach €1M, the sooner it is all yours.
The Deal
The terms are simple. 1M.Ventures takes 5% of the venture. The venture gets €50K in credits, spent on the studio. Same number for every founder, no negotiation, no pitch deck theatre.
Credits are studio work, not cash. You draw them down against what the venture actually needs, from the day the company is founded to the day it sells at scale.
What the Credits Buy
Everything between the idea and the first million. The studio does the work, the credits pay for it.
Found
Incorporation, the Belgian structure, shareholder agreement, banking, and the admin that eats a founder's first three months.
Product
Engineering, design, infrastructure, and the shared operational stack the studio runs across every venture.
Go to market
Positioning, brand, site, pricing, and the sales motion that turns the first demo into the first paying customer.
How the Credits Release
The €50K does not land in one block. It releases against MRR milestones, the same ladder the CLA stages climb. Hit a milestone and the next tranche unlocks.
So the pace is yours. Reach €1M ARR fast and the full amount is in your hands while it still changes the outcome. Stall, and the credits sit locked behind a number you have not hit yet.
| Milestone | Trigger | Released | Cumulative |
|---|---|---|---|
| On signing | Signature | €15K | €15K |
| First revenue | €1K MRR | €10K | €25K |
| Early revenue | €5K MRR | €10K | €35K |
| Traction | €20K MRR | €7.5K | €42.5K |
| Momentum | €40K MRR | €5K | €47.5K |
| Scale | €85K MRR / €1M ARR | €2.5K | €50K |
The ladder is front loaded on purpose. The hardest, least fundable work sits at the start, before there is a single euro of revenue to pay for it. By €40K MRR the venture funds itself, so the later tranches are small. They are a finish line, not a lifeline.
